and by that i mean i had a blocked ear and went to the store and bought sunflower oil to put in it and it seems to have worked.

https://www.nhs.uk/conditions/earwax-build-up/ mentions just olive oil and almond oil, but i can confirm that sunflower oil seems to work… and https://www.ear.net.nz/ears/ear-wax-removal mentions that sunflower oil can be used so it’s probably fine. if anyone has any actual reasons why sunflower oil can’t be used and olive oil can, LMK.

don’t do what i did and try and dig it out with a finger,,, that’s unhelpful. take care of your ears everynyan.
